The Basics:

I am a woman in her 30′s who has learned that I can speak better thru the written word than the spoken one, hence a blog.

I live in Southern California with my husband of 12 years and our “blended family” of five kids, who range in age from 11 to 17.

I am a passionate lover of God who, while far from perfect in my daily Christian walk, feels an always present hunger to know Him more and more.

The Silly Details:

I love to:

• read (all the time),
• write (on and offline),
• sing (with or without music…both on and off key),
• take pictures of things that most people never notice (like my feet),
• laugh…oh, I love to laugh.

I fully believe:

• that love conquers all,
• good will always win out over evil,
• a good chick flick can make ANY day better.

I come here to express what I normally can’t because I don’t know what I am feeling until I can let go of all that tells me to hold it back.

I come here to empty my mind of all the distractions that fight to fill it from every side.

I come here because it is here that I am able to truly let go of me long enough to find Him in me.
